Why three goals a year are enough
More goals do not mean more results. What happens when you keep only a few lines.

Ten yearly goals sound ambitious and feel, three weeks later, like a list you avoid. Three goals fit in one head.
The price of every extra goal
Every goal costs weeks, decisions and attention. Those resources do not grow with the list. They just spread thinner.
A good split
- One goal for yourself: body, mind or rest.
- One goal for work or money.
- One goal for people: family, friends, relationship.
Everything else is an idea for next year. Write it down and leave it.
